FAQs

How do I get a quote for my service?

Give us a call with your current mileage/vehicle reg and the letter which is displayed on your display and we can generate a cost from that information.

Do you supply courtesy vehicles?

Yes we supply courtesy vehicle’s. You either insure the vehicle with your own insurance by providing a cover note(fully comprehensive) or we can insure you for a daily fee of £12.50

Will my warranty still be ok if you service my car?

Your warranty is unaffected if we service your vehicle. This is covered by block exemption which is a law allowing independent garages to service your vehicle and your warranty remains.

Do you diagnose electrical faults?

We are fully equipped and up to date with Mercedes-Benz star diagnostics. We are all fully trained in electronics for older and newer models.

How is my service history recorded?

When we service your car we update the online digital service system (DSB). You will be given a copy of this when you collect your vehicle.

Are you an MOT centre?

Yes we a certified MOT centre.

Do you work on Mercedes vans?

We only work on passenger cars as that’s what Mercedes-benz trained us on.

What parts and oils do you use?

We use genuine Mercedes parts and the oil used is from Mercedes-Benz uk. We use a fully synthetic oil and a semi synthetic oil.
