As they say trust is earned, and by God have they earnt my trust and my repeat business. Friendly, fast and good pricing! Let's face it all mercedes repairs are expensive, but with this garage I've never felt in better hands. Being a single female, I feel like I've got a sign above my head to rip me off, but with these guys I feel as though they do a great job, and don't charge the earth. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Great company.Have used time and time again great company .Had an oil fault and dash fault .But MB Wirral fixed it and gave me back a car with no faults on the dash and problem sorted.It pays to go to a local garage and someone with experience on MB .Fully grateful for the work and service.Well done rob stead and Dave .

I've had a full service, some routine maintenance work as well as an oil leak sorted all at reasonable costs.
They even took the time to put my mind at ease over issues I thought the car may have had and didn't charge for their time.

I cannot thank MB Wirral for their prompt action and support for my first visit.
A week ago my car lost power and went into limp mode, I assumed it was a fuel injector as a similar issue arose last year. Unfortunately I was due to go on holiday the following week so i needed my car. My usual garage couldn't look at it for 2 weeks dispited me telling them the dilemma I was in. I tried several other service centre's all not offering much help.
I emailed MB Wirral and explained my problem and within 30 mins they emailed back asking could get the car to them the following day. Dispite the the drive from Holywell to Hoylake it was well worth it and I wasn't disappointed.
Staff kept me informed with the progress of the vehicle, it was decided to replace all injectors at this time as it was uncertain when another injector would fail.
I had a call the following day saying the car was ready to be picked up.
I cannot thank MB Wirral enough for helping me out and me not having to cancel my holiday, having the confidence to drive long distances without the car playing up now all injectors have been replaced.
Now I know they provide curtesy cars I'll certainly use them in the future

I recently bought a B Class car from the MB Warrington branch, and wanted to record my appreciation of David Alcock, the sales assistant, who made the whole experience very easy for me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very polite.

First time with MB Wirral. They provided an excellent service and diagnosed an issue with my car. Dave went out of his way to get my issue sorted. Will definitely be returning for the yearly service and MOT going forward. Prices are all very reasonable as well.

We have taken our cars to MB since they opened. Dave and colleagues always give good service with helpful advice.

First time we have used MB Wirral and will definitely use them again. It was for a MOT and service for a four year old car. We even had a nice walk to West Kirby and Red Rocks while the car was being serviced.

Nice one to the boys at MB WIrral who sorted me out last week, when i had a problem with a flat battery & found out I was no longer covered by Mercedez Assistance due to the age of the car.

Rob came to me house within a couple of hours on his bike, along with a fully charged the jump pack
