Brilliant service!

Great service from start to finish. Dave was helpful, informative and gave top class advice. Kept in touch with me throughout the issue my car had with a NOx sensor. Far superior service to that offered at Cheshire Oaks and at a much reduced price. Wouldn't go anywhere else in future

Took my 190E in for a gearbox and differential service which I asked if they could look into another issue whilst it’s there. They found exactly what the issue was and priced everything up for me before I got there. Anything Mercedes this place is where you want to go. The team is incredible and enthusiastic about their job. Personally dealing with Steve was a pleasure, very knowledgeable and a Mercedes enthusiast. Will definitely be bringing my cars there.

Absolutely brilliant service from Steve at MB Wirral. As a woman, it’s really important to me to feel confident about who I’m taking my car to and to know I can trust the advice I’m being given. They were friendly, honest, helpful and professional from start to finish. They carried out a service and diagnostic, fitted new tyres, and replaced the driver’s window control, explaining everything clearly along the way without ever making me feel patronised or pressured. It’s such a relief to have found a garage I feel completely comfortable and confident using. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly can’t recommend MB-Wirral highly enough. I travelled all the way from Teesside to have my Mercedes A45 S Plus worked on, and it was worth every mile. Steve and the team carried out a full service, fitted two new tyres, and replaced the front brake discs and pads. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and carried out to an exceptionally high standard. They took the time to explain everything, kept me updated throughout, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing the job properly rather than rushing customers through. Finding a Mercedes specialist you can completely trust isn’t easy, but MB-Wirral has definitely earned my confidence. The workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all first class. My car is driving perfectly I’m over the moon with it, and I’ll happily make the journey from Teesside again for any future servicing or repairs. If you own a Mercedes and want knowledgeable technicians who take pride in their work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MB-Wirral. A well-deserved 5 stars.

These guys are brilliant. Had my car in the day after calling up, fixed and returned for very reasonable price. Before finding these guys had the car in and out of garages for weeks trying to solve the issue. Will be using MB Wirral from now on needless to say!

As they say trust is earned, and by God have they earnt my trust and my repeat business. Friendly, fast and good pricing! Let's face it all mercedes repairs are expensive, but with this garage I've never felt in better hands. Being a single female, I feel like I've got a sign above my head to rip me off, but with these guys I feel as though they do a great job, and don't charge the earth. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Great company.Have used time and time again great company .Had an oil fault and dash fault .But MB Wirral fixed it and gave me back a car with no faults on the dash and problem sorted.It pays to go to a local garage and someone with experience on MB .Fully grateful for the work and service.Well done rob stead and Dave .

Can't recommend these guys enough. Professional and reasonable prices too Top quality service from start to finish on my E350 Estate I've had a full service, some routine maintenance work as well as an oil leak sorted all at reasonable costs. They even took the time to put my mind at ease over issues I thought the car may have had and didn't charge for their time. Cheers Paul B

Excellent service from once again from Dave & Rob at MB Wirral. Car broke down on motorway. Agreed to let AA take my car there. Fixed it for me at a reasonable price. Can’t thank them enough. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot thank MB Wirral for their prompt action and support for my first visit. A week ago my car lost power and went into limp mode, I assumed it was a fuel injector as a similar issue arose last year. Unfortunately I was due to go on holiday the following week so i needed my car. My usual garage couldn't look at it for 2 weeks dispited me telling them the dilemma I was in. I tried several other service centre's all not offering much help. I emailed MB Wirral and explained my problem and within 30 mins they emailed back asking could get the car to them the following day. Dispite the the drive from Holywell to Hoylake it was well worth it and I wasn't disappointed. Staff kept me informed with the progress of the vehicle, it was decided to replace all injectors at this time as it was uncertain when another injector would fail. I had a call the following day saying the car was ready to be picked up. I cannot thank MB Wirral enough for helping me out and me not having to cancel my holiday, having the confidence to drive long distances without the car playing up now all injectors have been replaced. Now I know they provide curtesy cars I'll certainly use them in the future
